Hello. I received the product in just a few days but I wasn't happy with it. I wanted it to work so badly. I have a bathroom in my apartment and it gets so hot in there when you try to fix your face and hair. Left it for a few hours. I did what I had to do too! It pushed air right in front of the radiator, but was no colder than a regular fan. You had to stand about a foot in front of him to even breathe. Not what I wanted so I'm coming back for a refund. Just wait for the label to be returned to send it back. Sorry, had high hopes!
