I like what it does for my team because it allows them to be organized and complete reviews easier than if they were spread out across other tools. The tool is not always stable or consistent when you are using different versions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013. Also some features do not support all types of content (e.g., video). If we can keep our reviewers aligned with each others' workflows then this has been successful for us. We have seen improved productivity through the use of KnowledgeAQ as opposed to being reliant upon email communication outside of the platform.
