- I really liked working with knowledge AQ as far was being ableto put information into word documents or excel files easily, alongwith allowing access from anywhere at any given moment through their online portal! Not just one person could make changes but everyone who needed too would know when they had been made..great way around using traditional office programs such Microsoft Word!!ConsNothing much.the process seemed great
