The best thing about this software is it has all our requirements mapped out very well so there are no issues for us as we go through each step of creating an article or report; everything seems clear enough! I don't think anyone can dislike something because they have used other systems before but if you do then maybe try using another one first - just make sure what works great at their place doesn’t seem too complicated when trying new things here (or vice versa). We use these tools daily across several departments which makes managing them easy since everyone knows how certain features function/work etc., This also reduces errors from mistakes made by different people who may not be familiarised properly wth some functions eaiser than having multiple users doing separate jobs.
