I like how easy it was to use once we got used with all its features! It has been very helpful in organizing our workflow within my organization as an arts manager/artist liaison (as well as being able to track sales).
The customer service from ManageArtworks could be better at times but overall they are great people who really care about their customers success!! There isn't anything i dislike so far other than maybe some minor bugs here or there which can sometimes happen when you have such large numbers using your product over time - however this does not seem too much different then any online application out nowdays where things do occasionally go wrong :) We were looking into having more staff members manage workflows etc instead relying solely upon myself due to lack thereof prior knowledge regarding managing multiple projects simultaneously.
