Review on Akerman by Deron Gilliam

I have been practicing corporate transactional work since 2001 when my employer first hired me out to this private equity transaction with another large PE/M & A deal bank at that time - now defunct! It was challenging but we won hands down because they were not experienced or really "seasoned" enough yet; even though their reputation spoke volumes about them as industry experts across many sectors over 10 years prior so you know how well respected these folks are internally too? Akerman's capabilities and resources are unmatched. The firm is a leader in the industry and has a strong commitment to client service. The firm is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of matters. I have never had a negative experience with Akerman. They are very good at what they do and can be relied upon for expertise in a range of issues. They are a solid firm. I have no complaints.
