I was very excited about these headphones as I didn't want to invest in Audeze LCDs or similar flat magnetic headphones. However, I still wanted stylish, comfortable, well-made cans that sound great. Based on my research, they fit the bill. They look fantastic and are very well made. The sound matches their price and features (decent size and separation, not as open as the open back). However, I did encounter some issues with fit and comfort. they are heavy This makes the minimally padded leather headband uncomfortable during long listening sessions. Worse, I wasn't able to shorten the headband enough for the ear cushions to sit over my ears instead of over them. Can't believe Master & Dynamic didn't make them more adjustable (to fit a wider range of head sizes). I wear a big hat so M&D should cater for the big headed crowd :)
