Great for carnitas!
I bought these specifically to grind pork that was cooked in my Instant Pot. They are very easy to use and do an excellent job of chopping meat. When I used a couple of forks the meat turned into a puree and the chunks didn't have the consistency I was looking for. These meat claws are beautiful and very easy to clean. I just put them in the top rack of the dishwasher and it's done.
