The gel worked, there is no pin.
I bought vouchers and advertised them (2 packs) at a lower price than currently advertised. I was very excited to try them out. I had trouble getting the gel out of the pen on the first try, thinking the part you twist might be broken. In the end I was able to apply some of the gel, which visibly whitened my teeth from the first application. I couldn't get any more gel out of either the 1st pen or the 2nd pen. The gel seemed to work, there was no pin.
