Review on Genuine Instant Pot Tempered Lid by Tay Cassanova

WARNING: I've noticed that a lot of the reviews on this product refer to the smaller Instant Pot. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER FOR THE LARGER. One is 10 inches and the other is 9 inches. Drives me crazy when they do. They've been out of reach for a while, and if you're using your 8-litre pressure cooker as a slow cooker or yoghurt maker, you'll need these if you want to view your food without having to take the lid off. It's well made and durable, and I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement for it. At the time the price was outrageous and I thought I'd have to bite the bullet, but this price was pretty good. I don't use it as often as I thought because I prefer quick cooking to slow cooking, but I intend to end up making more yogurt so it's less fun. So you don't HAVE to have it, but it's nice to know I have it when I need it.
