The product was delivered on time with the estimated arrival date. It was packed twice securely in neat boxes. When I received the computer it came with a very detailed checklist of numerous tests to ensure that every part of this computer was fine and timestamped within a day AFTER the original purchase. This is a true plug and play system as tests have shown that the operating system and all other features are up to date. Within 10 minutes of unboxing I was online using the Wi-Fi adapter that came with the product. I can only speak softly about its performance, since the computer was connected to the network for only 2 days. I'm used to low end computers mostly used for Steam indie games and World of Warcraft. This PC was greatly improved from the start as I was able to set the WoW graphics to Ultra settings without having to load the PC remotely. In fact, I was able to install and run high quality triple-A games like CoD 4 and Apex Legends with no problems. Like I said, I've only had it a few days, but it looks like it's worth the money. As for the company that sells the product, I have no complaints, I would not hesitate to buy another product from them. 10/10 so far
