I had a bit of trouble with the computer at first because I was told I needed to upgrade the hard drive which wasn't done cuk that needed to be done. I had to contact Windows Technical Support for help. I also couldn't use my microphone for a long time and this was fixed because I had to upgrade the drive. After that was done I went back to gaming and my monitor kept turning off because of the PC and I think it's because I was told I didn't have a graphics card. The ones that make goddamn sense

Great BUT it didn't have a dedicated GPU so it wasn't VR ready

I chose this computer because I had 36 GB of RAM and a 2 TB built-in hard drive. I couldn't find this combo off the shelf without paying over 2k. There's room for speed, but it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. That's a big deal if you want everything already in there. With a small upgrade, you can get (my version of) a top-of-the-line computer for less than 2,000. I had to install a $500 graphics card to make it VR compatible. Very good experience so far!

The product was delivered on time with the estimated arrival date. It was packed twice securely in neat boxes. When I received the computer it came with a very detailed checklist of numerous tests to ensure that every part of this computer was fine and timestamped within a day AFTER the original purchase. This is a true plug and play system as tests have shown that the operating system and all other features are up to date. Within 10 minutes of unboxing I was online using the Wi-Fi adapter that

it can be annoying for the amount you're spending

Great graphics and performance but every time I turn it on for the first time each day it never recognizes the keyboard or screen, had to use the HDMI -Disconnect the cable and the keyboard 10 times. until it works, half of the buttons don't work

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Gaming PCs Desktops - Desktops

Bought to play. I'm new to pc and showed it to one of my friends and they told me it's a great pc. Installation was pretty easy considering I'm new to back panel cabling. I would recommend using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi, but it could be my Wi-Fi issue if I have low Wi-Fi range. Otherwise I have no complaints so far.
