I had a bit of trouble with the computer at first because I was told I needed to upgrade the hard drive which wasn't done cuk that needed to be done. I had to contact Windows Technical Support for help. I also couldn't use my microphone for a long time and this was fixed because I had to upgrade the drive. After that was done I went back to gaming and my monitor kept turning off because of the PC and I think it's because I was told I didn't have a graphics card. The ones that make goddamn sense to me that I don't have a goddamn graphics card for a $1400 Mantis gaming pc and no graphics card. So I can't play the way I wanted, I just had to buy another PC build. I was told I could get something for 800 and work a lot better. Very disappointed. UPDATE: After using this computer for two and a half years, it completely broke for me. I disconnected and reconnected all the cables, the PC LED is on in standby mode, but the whole system doesn't work. The seller asked me to return the product after the product broke within two weeks of actual use. Return was not closed. The seller refuses to refund my money and claims and says my return window has closed which of course is not true. I contact the seller about 4-3 days before my returns window closes. It took at least a day or two before they contacted me and said my window was closed and they would only fix the product or give me tech support over the phone. I refuse to take this offer as I bought it in less than a month and broke within two weeks of using it. I couldn't use it before because the desktop didn't have a volume and the disk wasn't updated. I had to ask Windows 10 support for help and that's how I found out this desktop had issues, it kept crashing and giving me errors. I'm new here and not very familiar with PC, so everyone can benefit from Someone Like Me. I would definitely not recommend this seller to anyone!
