I have not noticed any improvements
I haven't noticed any improvement in my hair. It was recommended to me by my hairdresser for my damaged hair. I've bleached it a few times and have had springy/coarse hair. Maybe my hair has deteriorated too much but I haven't noticed any improvement. If your hair is rough/stretchy/crispy when dry, this product may not be for you.
