These battery wire ends have copper ring terminals suitable for crimping or soldering. The kit includes several 6,4,2,1 gauge wires to work with 3/8 and 5/16 sizes and 40 pieces of heat shrink tubing. They come in handy if you want to save money and make a cable with ring terminals. The terminal is obscenely large on the terminal making it easy to identify. Heat shrink tubing provides better protection at the ends and protects them from corrosion. The price is slightly higher. It would be nice if a crimping tool was included.
