The media could not be loaded. It does the job but not the best I've used. I recently bought a Conair razor and it worked really well! I dropped it and broke it so I decided to try this one. First, the color is very pretty, which is a plus! However, it does not help him to shave sweaters better. This seems to take twice as much time and passes as Conair. It's a long process with that. The small adult sweater (shown in the video) took about 20-25 minutes, which is almost not worth my time. With Conair it would take 10 minutes, 15 max. It feels cheap. The blades are held in place by wafer-thin wire. Not sure how long this will last, although it was nice to have extra blades and a cleaning brush included! It also needs to be emptied much sooner than my Conair. I had to empty it about 3 times while making a sweater. It gets the job done, but it's definitely not the highest quality or most effective. Overall I don't recommend it as I know there are better ones on the market.
