Does not work for computers and accessories

I connected it to the TV as a monitor and worked for about 5 minutes, then I raised my head and a message appeared on the screen about the absence of a signal. I tried it on another monitor and there was still no signal coming out of the PC (Windows 10hp). I think I had to change my graphics card or something I don't want to do. I connected the old cables and everything worked, but not this new cable.
