Very Opaque for my opinion
It's important to make sure your nipples are centered within the breast shield when pumping, which makes it a real shame that these are so opaque. It's almost impossible to tell if you have the breast shield lined up properly. With that being the case, I wish I had just ordered a new set of properly sized breast shields instead of these inserts. Not worth it.
