Easy to set up and adjust to the right height. However, the paw does not always activate it. It's loud and nice to hear around the house but her paw doesn't seem to activate it and I'm glad she's trying to smack it but it's discouraging that the drill doesn't work. Although I primarily use it on my cat paws, I tried it on my larger 60 lb paw and had trouble activating it. Rubbing it with your nose or fur doesn't seem to work at all, and it's like a phone screen and really only works well for human hands. I can return it if I don't see improvement next week and opt for another one where you actually press down on the real thing and don't touch it. I was really excited about it because its sleek design didn't irritate my eyes, but WHAT's the point it doesn't work most of the time? The velcro also comes off easily and lies differently on a dry paint wall and migrates across my gloss painted door. I wouldn't try my luck on wallpaper or anything I don't want to wash.
