I was a little bit scared to buy this because of the many mixed reviews. So many people recommended sizing up, but when I read the sizing guide, it seemed like my usual medium would fit. I figured if it ended up being a bit small, that I would probably still be able to wear it over most clothes. (I wasn't really intending to button it.) I was pleasantly surprised! It was just right, a tad oversized. The length is great, just a bit above my knees. The material is nice! It's thick and warm enough to use as a jacket, at least where I live. It buttoned easily. I wore it out recently for the first time and received many compliments!For reference, I am approximately 150 lbs. 5'4" 36C
