I like these sunglasses because they are comfortable for me but I find them cheap and flimsy. The tint of these sunglasses is not very dark. In terms of car tint, I'd say it's around 35, which is the legal darkness for a driver's side windscreen in a car (for reference, a sedan's tint in passenger areas is around 5). I would buy these shades for around $10 but not for $40. I wish I had bought them and feel a little cheated. I recommend you try something different that will last a while and really dull the brightness of the sun.
