For now I can say the cartridges are well made and fit my Canon MG7720 printer easily. Cartridges are dry. I have nothing negative to report as I only printed out a few documents and no photos. They might turn out to be 5-star cartridges if they fill the printer, but it's too early to tell. The price is great and I expect to use this brand for as long as it's available. I bought another set of cartridges and received an email asking me to rate them. The link brought me back here. Same review: no performance issues and they arrived quickly. Updated August 2, 2018 March 15, 2020 My latest order for two sets of ink tanks arrived as promised, but the cyan and magenta printer ports are clogged and replacing the printer seems like the best approach. I'll use it as a backup black and white printer in the basement until I run out of ink. The only thing I don't like about cartridges is that they can drip and now I have a stain on the beige carpet in front of the printer. I suggest removing the orange dispenser cap over a tissue or rag in case of a leak. I think the vent cap that the user removes during installation prevents leakage, or I just got lucky. Someone suggested I get a printhead cleaning kit since it was inexpensive, but I couldn't find one that was specific to my printer or generic. The kit above the ink tanks I bought covers the cost of the printer these days. I could probably modify the old deep cleaning tank with a solvent but would rather avoid this mess. I have found that my Canon MG7720 does not recognize the ink cartridge position, which allows for troubleshooting. The yellow was fine on the test page, so I replaced it with magenta, which didn't print. It took a cleaning and a few tries to get the ink to the nozzle, but the color changed. The magenta port is clogged, the ink tank is fine. I will attach a photo of the result. January 2021 - Cartridges can dry out and cause printing problems, but at this price, just swap them out and ignore the estimated ink levels in the printer.
