I like the user interface and how easily you can see everything that is going on in your account at once. Also, it helps to have a dashboard of all your accounts so you don't have to go to each one separately. The help section could be more helpful as well. I had some issues with getting Magentrix to send out email reminders to my customers. I would recommend contacting Magentrix support if this issue has happened to you. They were very helpful! We are solving our customer retention problem by automating our renewal process.
