Mediocre at best among handheld vacuums

Honestly I don't understand these positive reviews? I charged it full and started using it on my baseboards (they attract my short haired dogs and drive me nuts) and all this thing did was slide over them. I've tried all attachments. I don't have a long haired husky, I have a small pug with a short black coat and it didn't help much. Considering the hype in the reviews, this was very disappointing.
