I like that you can customise your account to suit what kind of client profile is best suited to help them reach their goals as quickly or efficiently as possible.
Some features don't work quite well (eg using keywords in an ad copy) but this may be because we're still early days with certain aspects of our new platform. It's hard sometimes working out which areas should fall under'support' versus those more concerned about how much people are making through advertising products/services! We've had success growing traffic from organic search within 2 weeks when previously it would take 4 months - we realised very quickly who was doing most business compared to other services so were able to scale up accordingly by increasing spend where needed.
