I freeze a lot of soups, stews and casseroles. These containers are perfect for serving. I use a container with a lid for the first freezing, then remove the lid and place the filled freezer container in a vacuum bag and seal it. They fold easily in the freezer and don't stick in the freezer (since I vacuum without a lid). Put it in the microwave and eat right out of the container. Then in the dishwasher, on the top shelf. They can break, especially the lids if you drop them while frozen. For me this is not critical, since the price is acceptable.
