Sturdy bracket for my opinion
We installed in our basement for hanging a body weight resistance trainer. Works great, holds up body weight. Study metal and flexible arches for hanging. Highly recommended when you have a thing to hang from a sturdy metal bracket.

- The bracket doesn't come with any added safety features like a lock or strap
