Nosiy Nosiy Nosiy - Hard Drive Enclosure

The device vibrates and rattles when the hard drives rotate. Corrupts sound or video while using the computer. This is really annoying and frustrating. I waited too long to connect the device so I couldn't return it. In addition to the physical one, the USB 3.0/3.1 interface also didn't work. It is very difficult to navigate the webpage to get customer support, so this issue is still unsolved. This is perhaps the worst first impression I've had of a device in my 30+ years. The rattling is really annoying!
