At first I thought my softbox is defective, there are small rings on the black reflective part that you can put metal rods through but when you insert the metal ends into the fabric "sockets" . " or "pockets" seems to only have one, and all the others have Velcro that just sits there. Don't worry, there are holes inside for you to insert metal ends. Use a pencil to poke them the seams just below the velcro, this helps open the sockets so you can put the sticks in. The lack of instructions makes the softbox difficult to assemble, I won't be taking it apart anytime soon, I don't care I'll be running around with it everywhere , because it was tedious to say the least.
