I used these legs as a replacement for a vintage mid-century dresser that had broken wooden legs. After many Hours of gruesome paint stripping these legs were the finishing touches that made this piece complete. I painted them in champagne gold. A couple of notes. The screws provided are quite long. We had to replace some of them with shorter ones because they were so long that they could be walking through the woods below and getting in the way of the crates Rubber underside to avoid scratching the floor Non-stick Coated Leg just sits in the groove Many other reviews complain about this This makes it difficult to put on - you have to in each case lift one side just a little to put on, you can't just put on when you screw on the legs, then flip them over because they fall off, however got I shifted the piece a bit and they stay in place and protect the floor perfectly when on. Can't say for sure they would have stayed in place had the furniture been lighter as the weight of this item is likely to hold them up very much. Overall it's a great value and perfect for updating any piece of furniture. Highly recommended!
