scrap. Initially I was pleased with this product until, like many other buyers, the lock would not open about a week after purchase. It all started with the key being a bit difficult to turn and a little wiggling would help. Well, it quickly became apparent that the pins were so difficult to get into place that the key nearly broke no matter what I did to shake and push them into place. This happened every time I tried to unlock my bike. The last time I used it I thought I'd have to call someone with bolt cutters because I just couldn't get it to unlock. After 20 minutes I was finally able to unlock it and I was furious. Sent the POS back the next day. Be smart and spend the extra money on a quality product to save yourself the headache. The company really needs to address this issue as many customers have experienced it and their suggestion of "shaking" the lock is useless and even if it eventually works, no one wants to spend more than 10 minutes unlocking their bike .
