The ease with which to add new pages, features etc., it works well in combination with our other software products by providing an easy way to share content between them all (e.g.: blog posts). Having said this I have heard very good things about the product from others who use it but they are not working directly within my organisation so cannot comment myself! We would like more flexibility around templates - e.g.; being able to change colours throughout website rather than having one palette available across everything we publish. This could be achieved either through editing files or using CSS/HTML code however neither options currently work when publishing via WordPress plugin. Also there isn't much information readily accessible regarding what CMS plugins exist out-of-the box at present although as mentioned above many people recommend XTheme over Wordpress themes due to compatibility issues if you're creating your own site design. An easier option may also include building sites entirely.
