Review on Protein Powder Original Marshmallow Pounds by Lisa Simmons

Great product, may cause gas and bloating in some people

This protein powder is innovative, something you don't often see in this range of products. I stopped using dairy based protein powder many years ago. I usually use a vegan blend as you need multiple plant sources to get a good amino acid profile. It just so happens that oats take up a pretty big spot in my diet. I use oatmeal for baking, and a Six Day Meal is usually raw oats. So I thought I'd give this oat protein powder a try, knowing I would need a different plant-based product at different times of the day. It has no junk. . My main concern was with the "other white powder," the addictive disease drug commonly known as "sugar." It's organic and even contains some vitamins and minerals. Many people have never tried organic, unprocessed oats, which is why they associate the taste of oats with "leavened." Not only does this dietary supplement give you the taste of organic oats (albeit powdered), but it also contains the sweetener erythritol, which is a sugar substitute. The Food and Drug Administration states that erythritol is good for oral health. One of the effects of erythritol in some people is increased gas and bloating. So it was with me. This is my purpose in life. So I will use it as a baking ingredient but not in smoothies (thereby reducing the amount I consume at once).
