Almost perfect! for my opinion

I have been looking for a cute long maxi / midi dress like this for church. This one is so close, I’m still torn on wether to keep or return it. The quality seems fine, the waist tie and v neck are very flattering… and being a 109 lbs and 5’1” hourglass, it’s rare that something (especially a long dress) fits me with no need for tailoring! The only thing I don’t love is the slightly puffed sleeves. The photo shows it, but I guess I just notice until it arrived in person.
