The mounting screw is held in place by a pin, not a screw.
Nice little flashlight but I ordered a 14" and received an 8". I tested it on battery and it emits bright bright light. Looks great with tinted lenses. BUT they give you a metal pin to connect the eye of the mounting screw to the base of the bracket. You will fall out. You will need to purchase a 1/4" bolt and nut to attach the light to the mounting screws.
