1. Online scheduling is very friendly and helpful,2. The system is very user friendly,3. Patient portal is fast and easy to navigate,4. Interface is very clean and easy to navigate,5. Billing is easy and straightforward,6. The ability to pay bill through payers is great. The only issue I have with the system is it sometimes freezes on me. I am a home health care worker and this allows me to see my patients on the go on the go. The best thing about this software is that it gives you everything in one place so there’s no need to call different companies for their services which saves time as well! It can be hard at times when I have questions or something doesn't seem right but they are always helpful with helping me out if needed. Sometimes things don't work 100% correctly like missing information from previous visits etc., however overall good experience using them thus far!!
