First of all, I am an adult who is quite picky about toothbrushes, even the ones my dentist gives me because I find them too hard for my teeth. I take my time brushing my teeth so this toothbrush cleans my teeth and gums really well. About a year ago my hygienist noticed that my gums were now a healthy pink color and that my periodontal pockets had changed from 3.5 and 4 to 1 and 2 in front and a few triples in back. I go to her every 6 months for a full sonic cleaning and now my gums and teeth are very healthy. I'm the only person in my family who doesn't have gum disease. The rest of my family wears dentures by the age of 45 or 50. By the way, I take CoQ10 twice a day and vitamin C twice a day and eat mostly plant-based food, which I think helps too.
