Review on Peeling 3 3 Inch Stainless Plactic Kitchen by Chris Quinto

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Outstanding in detail, small

The handle definitely seems to be the most comfortable for those with small hands. The grip looks narrow in the photo but is actually flattened (think the position of a dolphin's tail) to improve palm control. The sheep paw shape of the blade means you won't stab or pierce anything with this knife, so you might consider it a safety measure, but it's essentially a slicing knife. The blade is beveled on BOTH sides so that the cut does not deviate at an angle. The plastic handle has a slight texture, although I wouldn't use it when wet, and it's easy to sanitize since it's plastic rather than wood. I don't intend to put it in the dishwasher and I don't either. I haven't used it in a very long time, but given the price and the fact that it's made in Japan, I'd buy it again.

  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons
  • Vulgarity
