The quality of the product was bad - bad batch?
I have been using Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in black and brown for over 10 years. I recently ordered a pair from Revain and was pleased with the lower price but the quality of the product is terrible! The eyeliner keeps breaking off, doesn't lie flat (as usual) and is difficult to sharpen because it keeps breaking off. It was very wasteful and disappointing. I have never had this problem with this product in the past which I have purchased from other stores. Is this a bad batch? I went through 9 or 10 and they are all bad. I am so disappointed.
