As usual this plug broke after 3 days of light use. I usually play for hours and it was only after 15 hours of use that I lost the headphones, then only talking or listening would work. I won't buy it again, I think the problem is with metal connectors but who knows. I've tried over 10 different connectors from Amazon and they all seem to end up the same. You may need to replace your headset. Update: 03/16/19 from Sam S. Their CMO contacted me and said I have a bad plug and that this rarely happens, not surprised by the error as many other plugs do too (about 50/50 for each purchase). but I have great respect for your company now and hope for a better product in the future. Upgrading from one star to three because the company seems customer centric and genuinely wants to help their consumers. Good luck to them and I'll keep updating when there's a new connector here! Update 4/11/19 WON'T BUY AGAIN, both new plugs broke after some use, this time I've only played a few hours occasionally for a couple of weeks and both broke again. DO NOT BUY they look and feel solid but I suspect they are shorting because they used metal because I have an old plastic that lasts 6 months it's not a good product. Even though they have a great marketing and customer service team, thanks to Sam the product breaks after a few weeks of use. (This company is truly amazing in their efforts to fix this, so 5 stars for their business ethics and business practices.)
