Review on Sensibo Sky Smart A/C Controller: Compatible with Various Air Conditioners by Jeff Remol

It has been 9 months since I owned the device. It worked pretty well. Sometimes the WiFi router gets disconnected so I have to set it up and reconnect, which is annoying. Recently, the device could no longer connect to the Wi-Fi network. It's been a week since I tried to factory reset the device by trying to connect manually through my router. I have emailed (very slowly) support to get help solving this issue but they have not helped and the instructions they are giving me are not accurate. "Press profile button" I don't have a profile button in the backend of my router. IF THEY HAD PHONE SUPPORT TO PROVIDE REALLY FAST SUPPORT, I WOULDN'T HAVE LEAVE THIS REVIEW. Either my device is broken (less than 1 year old) or they have no idea how to help me fix it. Very disappointed with how difficult it was to fix. Original Review - Works like a charm without the mini split. It was easy to install and sync. The best feature is the scheduling feature, which allows me to program it to turn on and off at specific times. I don't know what I would do without it!
