I hate this product. Balls of wax, melters, all that. First, the wax will take forever to melt. Second, when wooden spatulas are dipped into the solution to begin spreading, they immediately appear to cool and harden, making spreading impossible. Third, once the wax hits the skin and you're ready to take it off, it's very painful and doesn't remove a lot of hair. The wax will not come off in one solid piece, you will end up with a bunch of torn pieces that are so painful to part. Also, I got horrible acne the day after using this product and this lasted for two weeks after that! I have nothing against this company at all and will always try them all once. I even read the reviews on it for a few days to really convince myself to try it and all the other reviews were great but honestly I wouldn't recommend it.
