Return. I found it a bit flimsy at first but loved how my hair turned out even if it took over 30 minutes. Then on the 8th use it set to a high level and worked as usual and suddenly the sir flow dropped to match the low level. No turning or fiddling with the dial fixed it, so I'm sending it back. I think I'll test some of them personally so compare the airflow etc to see how they perform before buying another. The curling brush is good and adds a lot of volume. I really liked this feature.
