I have a lot to say about this product and most of it is not very good. Pros: It works really well when it works and does what it's designed to do. Cons: It's big and won't fit in a regular sized wallet. If I take it on a trip, it has to be packed. This last purchase is my fourth. The first caught fire after use 🔥. I turned it off but didn't unplug it. It just exploded and if I hadn't been there my bathroom would have caught fire. I don't recall seeing any guide that said I should disable it after shutdown before my last one. After I complained to Revain they sent me a new one and it worked great for about a year and then it suddenly stopped heating so I just threw it away. In the meantime, I have bought another one for my second home and only use it once a month for a few days. He didn't have time to explode or burn. So now I have a fourth to replace the one that blew up and I'm writing this review in response to a recent purchase. I use it almost daily and it remains to be seen how long it lasts. Based on my experience with previous devices, I don't have high hopes. Make sure to unplug it after each use. First dry your hair until damp and then use it.
