Review on Online Personnel Management System by George Bell

The system has been easy enough that I can do it all myself without needing much help from my HR department or hiring manager (or anyone else).

It's great being able to see how many days off we are taking each month so far this year compared against last years numbers! There really isn't anything in particular about our online employee portal at present - if you're looking into having one set up then there aren’t any major issues but otherwise no problems either as such :) We've found using Opensource solutions very beneficial over proprietary ones when considering cost effectiveness etc., which makes sense given its open source nature.
