At first, I wasn't a big fan because these have a stiffness to them that other socks don't. I figured that was just the waterproofing, though, so I wore them around for a while. It didn't take long at all to get used to how the feel, though.The waterproofing does work. Of course, it only helps block water from getting through the socks.not over the ankles. So, be sure to try and keep water below the top of the socks.These are a good product as long as you don't go into water above your ankles, but if you're wearing long pants, that'll help for sure.
