This 400 GPH submersible water pump has performed quite well so far. I will describe some of the main problems I have with it. Unfortunately, there is no pre-filter or way to prevent dirt from getting into the filter itself. However, the filter can be disassembled and cleaned. Most submersible water pumps of this size usually have at least one large opening covering the port that prevents larger particles from getting inside and damaging the pump. I would also have liked the cable to be a bit thicker. This is a normal household cable. And it doesn't really look like he's cut out to do the duties they claim in the pond.
