Review on SOPITO French Cutter Replacement Blade by Stacy Hahn

Cuts black plastic pieces off the part that pushes potatoes through the blade. After driving several potatoes through the black one, it is sliced to match the blades, which rarely happens. I use it on a granite counter, great suction. Potatoes rarely go straight, causing the potatoes to move sideways and end up getting stuck. Since this doesn't always happen, I'm willing to concede that it could be this user's custom ability. Taking it apart to clean and reassemble but it seems like a lot of steps and taking longer than I would like. However, it doesn't take as long as it would take to cut all those potatoes by hand.
