After using several foil bread pans (three pans fit IP6) I decided to try this for turkey meatloaf. Everything was fine until I finally opened the lid. Half of the juice spilled which made cleaning a lot worse as both the insert and stand needed a good cleaning, not just hot water drained. The meatloaf shrank like a tinfoil pan and was easily removed. then the cleaning started: juices spilled all over the counter, had to completely disassemble the bread pan to clean all the nooks and crannies and crevices, then the reassembly (the 2nd time was a bit easier - the 1st time had to be cleaned before use become) what is that? not as easy as just throwing foil pans. I wouldn't recommend it for meat or anything "juicy" - maybe bread. but I don't bake. Maybe I'll try to use it as a mold - cover it with foil so it doesn't spill.
