This chopper is absolutely great! It may seem ridiculous, but this one with 5 plastic blades is far superior to other models with only 4 blades. I use it all the time when browning sausages and burgers. It makes the job quick and easy and makes nice little crumb-like pieces. Instead of chopping up chunks of ground beef with your fingers, you can put a whole piece in a saucepan and use this chopper. For years I used a spatula for work and wasted a lot of time. Try one and you'll be as excited as I am.
